Pak Suzuki Motor Issues Important Advisory for Customers

Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) has issued an important advisory for customers across Pakistan after removing three dealerships from its authorized dealer network, effective June 24, 2026.

In a public notice, the automaker announced that Suzuki Habib Motors in Rahim Yar Khan, Suzuki Habib Motors (Khanpur Branch) in Khanpur, and Suzuki Habib Alipur Motors in Alipur are no longer authorized Suzuki dealerships.

The company clarified that these outlets can no longer sell Suzuki vehicles, accept customer payments, process bookings, or provide services on behalf of Pak Suzuki.

As a result, customers have been advised not to contact the former dealerships for vehicle purchases, booking payments, warranty claims, spare parts, or after-sales support.

Pak Suzuki urged buyers to use only its official network of authorized dealerships for all vehicle-related transactions and services. The company stressed that dealing with unauthorized outlets could lead to inconvenience and potential issues regarding bookings, payments, and customer support.

The advisory comes as Pak Suzuki continues to streamline its dealership network and strengthen customer protection measures across the country. Customers are encouraged to verify the status of dealerships through official Pak Suzuki channels before making any payments or booking a vehicle.

Pak Suzuki remains one of Pakistan’s leading automobile manufacturers, offering a range of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles through its nationwide sales and service network.
